I know I'm in the wrong here...

I bought an item from the eBay-monkies 'jayandmarie' (look at their feedback)

It's aaaages old, I know

They've filed a NPB thing against me, but I have e-mailed them 4+ times telling them my payment will be delayed until I get hold of a PayPal account. I've had no reply from them. What can I do?

Its not really their fault. You should have thought about that before you actually bought the item but they are c*ck face morons for not seeing that you have sent them emails. . Why not just pay them by cheque or postal order? I had to do that whilst I set paypal up.

Complain to ebay saying you've explained to them why you are late with your payment but they are ignoring you.
