I bought an item from the eBay-monkies 'jayandmarie' (look at their feedback)

It's aaaages old, I know
They've filed a NPB thing against me, but I have e-mailed them 4+ times telling them my payment will be delayed until I get hold of a PayPal account. I've had no reply from them. What can I do?

It takes you to EBay however when I entered my address it said there was no need to change it or anything. I am a bit worried now to be honest. If I remember I went to the actual EBay page to enter my credit card details.

Not 100% sure but sounds fishy. Have you clicked the link ? What page did it take you to ?
Its funny you should say that as there was something on the radio the other day about that. The card was still active from the statement but was about 1 month off expiry. Added a new one to file.

Do you have the text from one of these emails handy... because there are lots and lots of fake emails being sent out targeting eBay users.
Post the text here if you can.

They have ignored my last 5. If some retarded gimp didn't stop saying about my account suspension I wouldn't find a need to send them an email. I have already explained that the credit card expired and a new one was put on the database but they keep sending the bloody suspension threat.
Never had any problem myself, emailed them yesterday morning and got a reply this morning. I don't know why you're both having a problem getting replies.
I refuse to believe eBay respond to e-mail AT ALL these days...
