I know I'm in the wrong here...
I bought an item from the eBay-monkies 'jayandmarie' (look at their feedback)
Item number - 2557693537
It's aaaages old, I know
They've filed a NPB thing against me, but I have e-mailed them 4+ times telling them my payment will be delayed until I get hold of a PayPal account. I've had no reply from them. What can I do?
> Didn't know the seller was from the US but EBay would contact them for
> HHAT if they are ignoring his emails.
How much do you want to bet he gets an email back from eBay with links to their "Problems with a transaction" type page ? Huh ? They won't contact the seller.
And HHAT, if you're waiting for the card to come, then how did you plan to pay back in September ?

US banks charge a MASSIVE rate for accepting cheques drawn on a UK bank, something like $20, and postal orders are no good as you can only draw them within the UK. eBay won't actually intervene to explain things to the seller for HHAT - they're gonna tell him it was his responsibility to ensure he could pay etc AS for why he's being ignored - well the seller is probably really sick of hearing the usually empty promises of payment from people, they'll want payment especially after one and a half months...
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanyway :-)
I'll e-mail eBay.. Is there a special address for this sort of thing?
Does your bank offer online banking or online credit card statements ?
To be honest, you won the item AGES ago, the seller's going to give you the time he/she has to then let eBay know you didn't pay up and you'll be warned. 3 warnings and you're banned. If you pay within that time then they won't tell eBay. From that sellers point of view you've already got one negative for non payment in the country you live in, let alone abroad...
Nah seriously just contact EBay and explain everything. They should set you up with a solution and contact the seller for you.
They are cóck-faced :-D
