Whatever dude. Given Japan's record for sexual violence, it has to be said, if such a statement were true, you'd be expecting their crime rates in that area to be much higher than they are.

To take Pand's point though, personally I object to sexual violence, be it in cartoon form or not.
Sex doesn't turn people insane, violence plays a small, tiny part but sexual violence is proven to be one of the most dangerous combinations to mix with.
