.. is Finding Nemo.

However I don't even think Nemo's crew will be able to keep that title from what is seemingly going to be one of the best films ever - Return of the King.

Best film ive seen this year is "X Men 2"!!!, matrix reloaded was fantastic visually, and pirates of the carbbean was pretty good too.

The question now is whats the worst film uve seen this year, Mine has to be by FAR "Freddy vs Jason", infact it was that bad Id say its the worst film ive ever seen, even worse than "Electra"!

Yep, just checked the (unopened) DVD case. 2002. However I still think I saw it in January.

I kind of fancy Bad Boys 2, even though I know it will be guns, big explosions and fast cars. Not to mention scantily clad women.

1984 also had Van Halen's 1984. Now that was good.

Don't get me wrong, Equilibrium is a good film (although a 2002 film :P), it just lost itself in the no emotional category, where that cheesy black dude had emotion throughout the film. Stupid really. As for 1984 *cough* Microsoft. :)

SWAT - I still can't find any passion for it, I really thought I was going to like it, Bad Boys II was a better action film.

I liked SWAT. And so did every one I know who has seen it. Went overboard with the plane on the bridge and everything, but it wasn't really meant to be more than a braindead action movie.

As for the script of Equilibrium... well 1984 wasn't that good really was it.

SWAT is not very good at all, as for Equilibrium - its an impressive first movie but it really falls on its own face with the script, the only that keeps that film alive it Bale's performance as Preston.

'best film of the year so far' - basically meaning 2003.

City of God is a 2002 film. :P

I saw LXG 3 months ago. I still think it was very good.

SWAT which is out soonish was also pretty decent.

I may be wrong about when I saw it, but I think I saw Equilibrium in January, in which case it is the movie of the year.

Isn't it strange how most people's best film of the year (with a few exceptions) are ones that have just come out ? Maybe people are too easily impressed ?
