The slightly heightened excitement I get when I first see the huge trimmings in the shopping centre and pub, a slight tingling sensation. I could smell and taste the cold, you know - first thing on a cold frozen morning, just as you step out of the door, the one that immediately turns the moisture in your lungs into icicles.
This feeling is probably not helped by the fact that I have been singing songs from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang all morning with a few from Mary Poppins and Oliver thrown in for good measure.
While I dislike the commercialisation of Christmas and the money you have to waste to buy certain family members gifts, I wish I could bottle that feeling. It cheers me up. I could make my fortune.
Well I'll grab my coat now. I need to go to the bakery as I also have a craving for mince pies - iced of course.
Quite frankly, you're all HIDEOUS fakes.
For shame.
If it is, you are right, it's a great film with a moving story and brilliant animation. I agree, it rocks!

Best..film..ever!
Seen it so many times, it's absolutely rocking!
All I get is Noddy bloody Holder looping over and over in over-crowded shopping centres, adverts that start promoting useless tinsely tat in mid October, and insincere strangers who suddenly become "friendly".
I'm not cynical miserable git, am I?
The cold weather with the icy winds.
But when you think about it there is many more things to happen before christmas, like, my mum's birthday, my birthday, halloween, bonfire night, my brothers birthday, lots of coursework to be handed in.
Once all that has been done and out the way, then it will really feel like christmas.

Its always sunny on Christmas or it rains except from the faithful last year.
