"cauterized noses.."

Are any of you proud nose owners lucky enough to have had your nose cautirized??

I got a doctor's appointment because I am regularly getting nose bleeds - Often when Ii am stressed (not much then!)

I probably have to have itr 'cauterized' It doesnt happen all the time, but some weeks i have quite a few.

The kid i babysit has had his done but he continues to bleed as with a few friends at school. I only know one person who hasnt had one since.

Please let me know whether it is worth it!
And in that case could you throw in what it involves (what the sheesh is it!?)

I had mine done AGES ago. It hurts a lot, A LOT. :D

It's like the stuff they use on verucas except they stick it up your nose where there's a lot more nerves.

It looks like they are shoving a giant match stick up your nose, it feels like it too.

It really hurts.

I had to have it done twice, i didnt bother going back for the third one, it hurt to much. But my nose is all sorted now.

um.. an ice-cream?

a nosebleed?

My mum and dad took him because they were so shocked and if i hadnt have gone with him the weazel would have caught a taxi home.
