Anyone getting this? It's looking very good indeed and it's just gone gold. Rumour has it that there will be a demo on the 10th or around then with the game being released on the 24th. I must admit I had my doubts as to whether or not this will come out in June but thankfully it is. I haven't read or seen much about this until now because I was trying not to get into all of the hype. Looks like a must have by the looks of it.

Monkey_man get a new frickin PC a proper one not a laptop, they cost a few hundred pounds and you won't over heat every 25 mins.

One person pilots the chopper and the rest get in the jeep. Chopper picks up the jeep, flys over the enemies base and then drops the jeep. As the jeep falls people jump out with live grenades in there hands and it all leads to one big kablamo.
The pilot then forgets he is piloting the chopper as he is suffering from too much laugher, therefore causing kablamo number 2.

Reminds me of my COD:UO days, used to get a jeep full of people and quickly swerve into a mine field. I was quickly banned from alot of servers.

Been waiting for this game a long time now, I've never even played BF1942 but the guy I sit next to is a big fan of the Desert Combat mod - modern day, like BF2 - and it sounds a lot of fun.
Definitely gonna pick it up on release day.

In true Hollywood action movie style, I jumped at the last minute, bouncing off the bonnet of the jeep and landing to safety, turning around just in time to see the jeep and it’s occupant fly over the edge of a cliff and blow up at the bottom.
