"Silly Putty"

Following on from my previous threads on old skool stuff, such as top trumps, trolls and old cartoons, a conversation with absolutneo reminded me of another legendary craze.

Silly Putty, it was kind of like cool play doh which you could form into a variey of shapes and when it was some where near spherical it bounced, and quite impressively too!

Was a huge "crave about" ten years ago, and i think it got killed of by "the great POG invasion of '96". Silly putty was the stuff of legends, Anyone still got any? I think mine met with a tragic accident involving the hair of a "troll" a relic left over from a previous craze.

Yer it is kinda easy.

I remember my nan buying me this slammer wich when you threw it on the ground made this funny noise.
But i never used it because i didnt want the batteries to run out.
I remember me being like the God of pogs at our school, i always seemed to have the most.

i had the complete pog world tour set, kind of sad but kinda fun, i found it the otherday, and was quite amused. didn't use them but it looks easier than i remembered.

I had a slammer with the batman logo on it.

Ive still got my little egg of silly putty.

Ah the tub of goo that made fart noises, that was so great, i remember having a green one.

I also remember pogs, i still have like 1000+ under my bed.
