This could be rather interesting now the transfer window has shut, especially for leicester, everton and chelsea supporters!

My chelsea select (4-4-2)

Cudicini

Bridge
Gallas (desailly rotation)
Terry " "
Johnson

Duffer
Makalele
Veron
Geremi (haha say the last two quickly)

Crepo (bit of hasselbaink in the mixer)
Mutu " "

Subs:

Sullivan (at least he doesn't sound lite a custard)
Desailly
Lampard (shame he is damn good but makalele has to sart and veron is class)
Petit
Cole
Hasselbaink
Gudjohnsen

Rooney?

The goal he scored against Charlton last week was a cracker.

We've made some good signings over the summer, but I still get the feeling Fergie is gonna mess it all up...

Without Paul Scholes in the team, it appears he doesn't quite know what to do, when it comes to his attacking-options with Ruud van Nistelrooy.

And Diego Forlan is, clearly, NOT the answer!!

This is just the right kind of situation where Juan Veron would be needed - or even a player to fill-in that vacant No.9 shirt - to fill-in that supporting-role behind the big Dutchman, and to create the 'real' chances that didn't really come in either of our last 2 league games.

If we're failing like this in the league already, how can we be expected to go anywhere in the Champions' League, when he cannot seem to get it right?

It's not like we don't have the players or anything...
Cristiano Ronaldo and David Bellion are 2 new-signings I think could adapt to this role quite easily. They may be young, but they're been tipped for big-futures already, and you can see why - especially in Ronaldo.

Ole Solskjaer is doing the job down that right-wing better than David Beckham or anyone else ever could - so why change things??

Ronaldo may be good, but he's still learning.
What I don't want to see is the young Portugueser rushed into things too quickly, just because all the fans want to see him play - like what has happened to Wayne Rooney with Everton and even England, now -- and when was the last time he did anything "special"?!

Our defence looks fine - nothing needs to change there.
And as long as Roy Keane stays in midfield, and DOESN'T drop-back into defence, we should be fine for the rest of the season.

I think forssell will walk in to the birmingham team, Him and dugarry wil be the first choice pairing. Bet you forssell is top scorer at birmingham at xmas.

I am predicting a successful season for the brum this season as they have a strong centre to there team.

Upson- Cunningham/purse

Savage- Dunn

Dugarry-Forssell

That should go a long way to breaking into the top 10

Taylor

Kenna
Upson
Cunningham
Clapham

Johnson
Dunn
Savage
Lazaridis/Clemence

Dugarry (back after a knee Op next week)
Morrison/Figueroa <--- top scorer in Argentina last season :D

That squad is ofcourse Birmingham City, the midlands number 1 team and also the only Premiership team not to concede a goal so far this season :)

Howard

G.Neville
Silvestre
Rio
O'shea

Solskjaer
Butt
Keane
Scholes

Giggs
Van Nistelrooy

Ronaldo and the rest still need time to settle in before i can consider them to be first team starters.

Giggs would be on the wing with scholes in the middle instead of butt if solskjaer didnt have to play on the right wing.

Giggs
Scholes
Keane
Solskjaer

Ronaldo
van Nistlerooy

That would be our best and most balanced 11 I think, Although Djemba's been lookin pretty good alongside Keano..so he'd be pushing for a starting place as Scholes out injured anyway.
