That may be because he scored that screamer for England. That would give anyone confidence.

How good was veron? immense, can't recall him missing a pass. Glenn johnson looked outstanding! Thought crespo was put on far to late! and joe cole probably should have come on early for lampard who had a very quiet game. Have you noticed lamps is very confident at the moment, he is taking a lot of long shots and i have to say is striking them very well.

Yeah same. I was like one of the only fans in the matthew harding upper to clap when he came opn. Poor guy, oh well, what's he up to now? Anyone know?

Did he really? Aw i felt for the guy, coz everyone booed him when he came on. I didnt see him play much, and I didnt think there was too much wrong with him.

oh and on that subject tarrico is thorougly crap and not worthy of being with in 5 miles of cristian ziege who is far better, yes tarricco's goal was a defenders goal......it was his first for about 5 years.and he is an unpopular, dirty, diving, vicious cheat and possibly my least favorite player in the league. If he moved to chelsea to play in the third team i would never go to stamford bridge ever again.

the joker! legend i felt so guilty when he left. he was really crap, but he was so nice about it! he even released a statement to the fans when he left apologising for being crap, too the fans, now thats a legend. At least he new it was true and accepted it! We should bring the joker back for team spirit and training.....legend! lol

With the only exception of Slavisa Jokanovic (Ashley and I may be the only ones who know about his sublime talent and potential as a 32 yr old Yugoslavian), Tarrico is in fact one of the worsty players I have seen in the premiership, and when I saw the goal ,I thought it must have been davies with a hair cut. Its the only thing he's ever done. Was a gd goal but i still dont rate him.
