This is because Carr, Tarrico, Davies and Ricketts are attacking players. Keane and Kanoute will be a great pairing in my mind with Postiga a great replacemen, Zamora still needs to prove himself.

Toughie this one, as spurs fit list is always changing, but this is my preffered formation with Keane in a free role, when hes fit of course. I'd always pick Redknapp over almost any other midfielder because of his awesome presence on the pitch and his ability to hold the team together, but I fear that Dalmat may take his position, but not be able to fufil Redknapps role. But we shall see.

Angel needed a half the season to adapt to the Premiership, and when he eventually got his first goal, more goals came to follow.

Graham Taylor was then announced as the new boss and he left Angel out the squad. But now we have O'Leary who has faith in Angel and is playing him. He got 2 hat-tricks in 2 freindleys and scored 2 in the Dublin Cup. He then grabbed another brace against Leicester.

We have two potentials for the England left. Peter Whittingham is a little young at the moment, but I'm not sure why Sven hasn't picked Barry.

In Figueroas last game for Rosario Central he scored 5 goals against Boca Juniors as a kind of farewell i guess :)

He is a very capable striker that will be a regular in the Argentina full 11 before very long, or at least this is what most of the Spanish speaking world has been saying :S

Wasnt Angel bought by Villa on the strengh of John Gregory watching a couple of videos on him? im 99.9% sure that was how it all happened, no wonder he has failed to produce the goods... and at £9 million too... Figueroa only cost us £2.5 million and was extensively watched by Birmingham last season... im certain he can make the grade.

All charges against Birmingham were dropped... the player and his agent always denied that he had signed for any other club prior to signing for Birmingham, FIFA/UEFA held an enquiry into this and found Birmingham not-guilty of any wrong doing, Betis and Osasuna are still being investigated i believe, as they were both saying thy had contracts signed by Figueroa which has now been found to be all lies, FIFA cleared Figueroa and announced he is able to play for Birmingham with no charges to bought against the player or Birmingham...

I think several teams tried desperately hard to get Figueroa even if it meant making up lies and saying they had signed contracts when they did not.

Like i said before Figueroa is just coming off a thigh injury and should be available for Birminghams next match, he is highly regarded and many teams wanted him, he is certainly no Angel :P

pablo angel was the new maradona i seem to remember! Even worse chelsea's gabrielle ambrosetti was the new ryan giggs and was infact just a less expensive bogarde!

I did ofcourse mean that Figueroa had scored 17 goals in 19 games in Argentina last season... the Premiership is yet to see him as we only signed him about 6 weeks ago and he was injured, he looks VERY promising tho and is only a kid, people in Argentina were calling him the new Batistuta, Rangers tried to sign him as did 3 other Premiership clubs and several Spanish clubs... but he chose Birmingham, clever boy :)
