A chance to list the players who you think are highly under rated, in team format, The reject xi, English based please, don't list players like scott parker or James Beattie who are debatably to good for their clubs, List the unacknowledged stars of the english game, Or don't get any acknowledgement because of a nother big player playing a similar position at the club. Danny murphy is a good example, gets ignored a lot by the media because of Stevie Gerrard. The people who deserve headlines but instead get bumped of the page by david Beckhams new haircut. Reject Select i salute you!

Antti Niemi
Franck Quedrue
ugo Ehiogu
Olof Mellberg
Gary Neville
Gareth Barry (VC)
Danny Murphy
Steed Malbranque
Fabrice Fernandes
Tomas Radzinski (Captain of the under rated)
Robbie Fowler

Subs:

Crossley
Olivier Bernard
Matt Oakley
Darius Vassell (but for England, not villa)

oh boo stinking hoo. you get one bad decision and a bit of badluck. what about the 4 times van nistelrooy has clearly dived for penalties, including one which was so blatant, but was not given because of timing and one which relegated a team from the premiership. what about your sniping of a young, nieve, FRENCH, striker. and atleast i didnt get ripped off when i showed devotion and other things when i bought a shirt.

man utd have also had their fair share of luck...

fowler of today should not be there and i rate lampard (and others too), therefore he too should not be there.

He is also good at throw-ins, only really surpassed by Challinor in the UK.

I think people pick on Gary neville.....he is admittedly not the worlds greates right back, but it is a position that it is hard to shine in and he has always been solid and although he has had a couple of injuries the last summers has always been there an ever reliable face in the england camp, Although he maybe fazed out by Glen Johnson (perhaps) he has always been reliable for us and an integral part of our squad for years. Not the worlds best but his reliability and loyalties should not be discounted

I don't know about Gary Neville, either...

He has had some great games in the past, and has worked hard for both his club and his country, but is he really "under-rated"?

If anything, I'd have to say he's just an "average" full-back made to look-good with the world-class players of the `European Giant´-of-a-team around him.

As a good friend to David Beckham and best-man at his wedding, he always seemed to play his better games with the England Captain infront of him, in the midfield. Those 2 always worked-well together better than any other pairing in the country. But I am concerned as to whether Neville can adapt to playing as well as he does for England, now that Beckham has left United and that Solskjaer will now likelily played ahead of him...

Was it all about David Beckham making him look better than he really is?
After all - like David James and Fabien Barthez - he has made some disastrous "defensive-errors" in the past, don't forget...!

This season, we shall see...

I stand b my decision on robbie fowler, Get him to United, Chelsea, or Arsenal and you'll see his former glory, he still has the vision he needs the big club to respark the hunger, he can be great again.
