A chance to list the players who you think are highly under rated, in team format, The reject xi, English based please, don't list players like scott parker or James Beattie who are debatably to good for their clubs, List the unacknowledged stars of the english game, Or don't get any acknowledgement because of a nother big player playing a similar position at the club. Danny murphy is a good example, gets ignored a lot by the media because of Stevie Gerrard. The people who deserve headlines but instead get bumped of the page by david Beckhams new haircut. If I had a choice out of Van Nistelrooy and Henry, I'd choose Henry.

He doesn't just score goals, he sets them up. He also moves into midfield and turns something out of nothing.

last years opta stats says that henry gave arsenal more goals than van. in my view this is quite a big divider and why i prefer henry.

last season van nistelrooy's official opta stats recorded 0 assists
last season Henrys recorded 19!

my point is that i think that henry has given more goals to arsenal than van to man u. although, i suppose you could say that this idea also relies on the quality of the finisher being assisted...

He scored 48 goals from 70 appearances during 01/02 and 02/03. Don't know about the assists, but that's a great record!

talking of heads... henry could be a stunning header of the ball, but for some reason. i would like to see assists and goals added together for the 2 last season.

True he isn't. He isn't as much of a lone player, he plays for the team. He got a lot more assists then RVN did, because he appears to have his head screwed on a bit better.

Henry may be fantastically skilled, but he is not as much a clinical finisher as RVN.

i watched eurosport and the dutch football league updates the season before he joined man u. i saw how much of a goal machine he was and when transfer spec came around i was hoping we would participate, but then you (dirty scumbags:D) got him. i wasnt that annoyed because we still had henry. together they would just be freakishly good and if they were at arsenal then... not even jebus could stop us from winning pretty much everything. i agreetheyre different and both world class and i know why, but i would prefer henry because he is skill, he is pace, he is scoring, he is creating, he is all that arsenal is.

(when i describe him like that, he really does sound like god....
but i dont idolise.)

Well, ive never liked Ruud's 'diving' and never will but he is an amazing striker of the ball and his holding play and off the ball commitment is faultless, you can't say he is not World Class?

He and Henry are different players both World Class in their own right.
