I'm 6'2" and 12 stone - hardly underweight for my height, but I'm such a skinny f*k you wouldn't believe it. So what should I be doing to put a bit of flesh on my arms and legs? I'm quite active and walk quite a bit, which keeps me in shape. I eat lots of meat, especially steak and chicken, which I've read helps you grow outwards. In fact, I eat a lot of junk food, but don't seem to get any fatter. I don't want to take any powders - my brother did that and went a bit too far (he's a bit too chubby now). So come on - flesh tips for Monkey_man please! And anyone who mentions the Atkins diet gets the Daily Mail shoved down their throat until it comes out their ass.

For me eating more seems to make no difference. One night I was about to have a Chinese meal, so I weighed myself just before. 7 stone exactly. I eat the meal, and it's a full plateful followed by dessert. I weight myself again, and I'm exactly 7 stone. Still. Now by my calculations, the meal must have weighed more than 0. I must have a bloody fast metabolism.

It's not just about what you eat, it's about how much of it you eat and doing as little exercise as possible. Try buying full fat milkshake and drinking a few litres a day. Butter everything, whether it goes with butter or not. Eat everything you see. Drink lots of beer. Lots of beer. But not enough to make you throw up, that wastes calories.

Live like me basically.

Gimme some ideas for this too. I'm 6 foot tall and 9 stone. I'm damn skinny, too, and I eat loads of fatty foods: Chinese every Saturday, fish 'n chips every Friday, full fried breakfast every Sunday etc.

No, it's fading fast. The stamp said "Newton Clinic, Crow Lane East blah blah". I had to stamp a load of pieces of paper, so if you perchance happen to get something with an address stamped on it at an odd angle, and you live around the Newton area, you could get one. Although I think they were to be given out to school kids, so God knows.

Pig out after a workout on stuff like eggs and meals. also eating late at night as you tend not to burn much of it off at night.

You would also need to work out more, gym is probably the easiest and safest way to do it without going overboard and getting fat.

*Reminds me of the south park episode when Cartman gets real fat on the weight gain stuff.

I stamped myself with an NHS stamp. It has the address of a dental clinic on. I wasted some tax payer's money. It felt good.
