The bulk of you lot are fans of Premiership teams, and ive seen very little about the rest of the leagues. So you can guess what this thread is about really. Where are the rest of you? Show your colours, in here!

Anyway, some of you know who i support - Sheffield Wednesday. Being on holiday till yesterday meant i missed the start of our season. Finding ourselves in Division 2, we really have to aim to get out of there and push for promotion. Its going to be tough, but i think we can do it. So far we have won one and drawn one, and 4 points from 6 is a fair return, plus its been our best start to a season for what must be six years!

Im really looking forward to the rest of the season now, im a season ticket holder, and back them wherever they go.


So, how about the rest of you? What of the season then?

Southend 1-2 Leyton Orient (Div 3)
didn't do a whole lot on saturday to climb out of the relegation zone.

You mean Harper? Yeah, he got a yellow before hand but got sent off with a two footed tackle.

I thought he was sent off for a second bookable offence. Or was that another match? Stupid Ceefax Teleprinter.

We beat Derby from 0-1 down and with ten men. Some Derby player decided to use his hand to put the ball in the net on a 91st minute corner. Thank god the ref saw it.

For a team like our's, we really should've been the ones on the winning-end of a high-scoring 'derby'; but our Sunday League-defending really let us down - BADLY!


If we're gonna defend like that for the rest of the season - especially against Southampton in the cup - then we might aswell just give-up now!
