Anyway, some of you know who i support - Sheffield Wednesday. Being on holiday till yesterday meant i missed the start of our season. Finding ourselves in Division 2, we really have to aim to get out of there and push for promotion. Its going to be tough, but i think we can do it. So far we have won one and drawn one, and 4 points from 6 is a fair return, plus its been our best start to a season for what must be six years!
Im really looking forward to the rest of the season now, im a season ticket holder, and back them wherever they go.
So, how about the rest of you? What of the season then?

Outclassed.
=P
Has anyone actually noticed how few goals Chester City have conceded so far this season? Only 9 . Amazing...
beaten in the first round by Northampton Town.
Curse you Josh Lowe!
Our first match against Premiership opposition since relegation, it should be quite interesting how we do without all the players that left during the summer.
At least if we lose, Pardew can use the old " now we can concentrate on the league " line.
And as you said, you got beaten 3-0 by the team at the bottom of the league, Wycombe. My Wycombe.
Sorry but that's bad. Go Southampton!
We should be in the Carling Cup but we were cheated out of it.
And we weren't too much better against Sheffield Wednesday, either, really... It was good to go 1-0, like we did, but where was the clinical 'second-goal' we could always find last season to 'settle' things??
11th place in the league... Losing BADLY to a team bottom-of-the-league.... Nope. This is one season where I WON'T be backing City for Promotion. :(
Southampton in the League Cup, tonight, though, could be a different matter... We managed to beat on-form Watford in the last game, and always seem to have that "something else" in the 'bigger' games.
Plus, Southampton players have been hit with some kind of 'virus', so they could be under-strenght, and vulnerable to our attack...! :o
If I'd have realised this game was at Ashton Gate when the draw was made, I'd have probably got tickets for it - even though United are playing Leeds on TV. :(
We were 1 - 0 up after five minutes until the 83rd minute when they equalised, and then in injury time they went and scored another. :( And we were the better team. :( When we play crap we lose, and when we play good we lose, can not win either way. :( 2nd from bottom an all. :(
Guess who we've got today ;c)
