"Quitting"

I am quitting my job at the restaurant tonight because I get treated like crap by my boss and because I get paid to work until 11pm but often am there until midnight doing menial work. Plus when I get back to college I don't want a late night job as well as all my work.

So I want a way to quit in style. I was thinking on smashing a load of stuff 'by accident' and getting fired, then using the uttermost cliché line, "You can't fire me, I quit!".

Anyway if you have any funny ways I can quit I would like to hear them. I'm going to work at 5 so post them quickly!

I did quit but I didn't do anything extra-ordinary or make a big deal about it.

I didn't wash things propperly so people working tonight are going to have a hard time! I spend most of the night on the roof with another guy who works there playing baseball with pegs and a bit of wood. A few people rang in with bookings and didn't show up so it was a quiet night really. They said I have to give a weeks notice if I want a reference from them but I didn't want to work another week for a lousy "he worked about 6 weeks and couldnt be arsed" - I can tell a potential employer that myself!
