Ok, so it's rare I even start a topic here, but boredom, as I wait once more for Planetside's Trial to download, couple with seeing a new wave of spam sweep over the forums akin to this heat wave, has forced my hand.

Can whicher regulars/newbies that are creating an endless number of new user names just quit it, and stop pratting around ? One alter ego is okay, twenty odd isn't, and from how most new users this weekend are posting, and where they are posting, it's stupidly obvious that most are just the creations of certain regulars and newbies.

Obviously I, and the other forum members who are sick of this every time some of you decide to have a retarded weekend, cannot do anything, except hope one of the many thunderstorms of this afternoon whacks bang onto your phone line and fries your modem or PC, or something similarly incapacitating.

Cease.

If you want to play like children do it on MSN or Yahoo messenger.

You post something of worth (mostly). You actually have something to defend...

I find it hard to get annoyed at Robin because at the end of the day he means well, he's not trying to annoy anyone. He does but it's not deliberate he's just being himself.

I annoy people because I have a high post count. That's just me being myself. When people criticise me for posting what I consider to be good posts I defend myself.

Actually my initial problem was that he said he had a need to use porn that he found degrading. How it got to here from that I'm not sure.

By the way, not everything goes here - that's why we have a filter and people get banned regularly.

Let me put it this way:

If this was the life forum I would be telling Robin to shut up.

No it's because your saying "Robin you're not posting well enough" but his posts are good enough for him. This is general chat so to be honest anything goes as far as posts are concerned.

I think he has a right to defend himself.

If somebody started to criticise my posts, which I was happy with, I would defend my thoughts, opinions and approach to posting as I'm sure you would.

He probably does.

Although you both seem to think my problem is that he's ruining the forum, but I don't think I've ever said that.

Blank. It's all he needs. At the end of the day this is only a forum.

I'm beginning to think he realises this more than you do.

Just because someone isn't aware of sarcasm and irony doesn't make them a bad person or indeed a bad poster.

Robin's being honest about what he thinks in his replies.

To be honest in someways it quite refreshing to have a few posters like that around.

Respect? For Robin? Euuurgh. Get rid of it.

Well Robins being himself.

and it seems he's stopped jumping every time someone criticised him and has begun to fight back.

For this he has my respect.
