The new series ain't as good though, all the Transformers have too much of a 'human' feel to them now, with moving 'lips' and things. And they done away with the transforming sound effect! duh, that was one of the cool things about it.
I bet they would make some good money by releasing DVD's of the old series?

That was Soundwave you're on about. He was the tape player and the pteradactyl was Laser beak. Two of the main jet fighter decepticons were Starscrean, Thunder cracker and I think the last one was Sky fire. I could be wrong on the last one?

Starscream (being pedantic)
They started making them from metal and some plastic parts, well made and with a lot of effort, but then things changed (after I stopped collecting them though) and they were all plasticy and shiny. What's all that about?
Old transformers had the great Megatron as a pistol, silenced pistol or a large gun, Armada has him as a plane thingy. It's a typical alternate universe thing that the Japanese are really in to at the moment.
They re-did the movie on DVD too and are now charging around £6.99 for it with no extras on it. I just love Unicron, great story too.
Grow up.
