Slavery was a key issue in the formation of sides during both the Civil War and the Revolution - the divide being supporters and opposers.

What, they didn't fight before the British got there? It's human nature to destroy, not the Union Flag. I'm not saying we didn't play a part in the problems of today, but you can't say if we didn't do what we did, there wouldn't be problems.

But it's also nice to see people with an awareness of the better days and accomplishments of the Empire. I'm not saying it was all good, but i know it wasn't all bad.

Press Esc to bring up the in game menu - click on save - I have a suspicion that the trial version will not let you save your progress though, if the option is not on the menu when you press Esc then MS has removed it. Well worth getting the full game when you can.

Look at the Scottish Parliament. Donald Dewar was very capable. Then he passed away. Henry McLeish took over and he was OK. Now he has gone and we have Jack McConell as the most powerful man in Scotland.
