I think this seems like a good idea but if you guys don't like it just let it die, however, if this works out I'll make a smackdown thread soon enough.

Which bit of my post are you talking about?
I thought Raw was okay, but I thought it was naff compared to the last 2 weeks. Flair vs Angle was great, and so was the Carlito/RVD segment, but otherwise...meh. :P
The promo's and backstage segments were also pretty good, in particular CC, Jericho and Tomko's segments.
Oh and I thought Hogan couldn't do the Leg Drop? He did it perfectly well on RAW.

:-D
However the most italian man in the world pwns everyone :-D
Matt has apparentl agreed a short term deal to appear for Ring of Honour, now that his no-compete clause has expired. Interestingly he rebuffed TNA's offer of negotiations over a long-term deal.
Make of that what you will conspiracy theorists as Matt is now working woth a WWE affiliated federation. Matt is obviously not stupid and knows that the WWE see potential money in a feud between him and Edge, thus he's "leaving his options open" for now...

Now that's confusing. I though they sounded kinda similar, but with ROH's sound all commentators seem to sound the same, even Punk...
Getting back to the Shelton, top-rope incident, I read a review of Raw and the reviewer referred to it as Shelton 'channeling the spirit of J.T. Smith' that made me laugh.

Lovey was good, until Jimmy Bower came along, who isn't as good a commentator.
Even though... they're the same guy.
