"He will remain in custody while German police decide if he has committed any crime there."
They are truly stupid; or maybe they invent laws as they go along.
Anyway, read the full story at http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/ uk/3071717.stm
and place your hand over the first location of the picture the moment you see it. FOr broadband users, prepare yourself.

Officers said she had not been harmed in any way - as far as they were aware - although investigations would continue.
If it does turn out he harmed her that is a different story, but untill they have heard his side of the story and her side of the story the police have no reason to do anything to either.
If it turns out he has done something then obviously he wil get watever is coming to him. Instead of us judging the situation why dont we just wait and see!
WHAT HAS HE SUPPOSE TO HAVE DONE< SHE WENT WITH HIM NOTHING SUGGESTS HE HAS DONE ANYTHING

The last word... surely he has, or hasn't?
a good kicking
Even if he had, each country has there own rules and if you commit a crime it watever country your in they have a right to obey by their laws even if it is not a law which you have in ya own country..
umm does that make sence...
