Aarrgghhh!!!! The point of my post doesn't have anything to do with whether he should be in custody or not... it's about the German police's indecisiveness about the situation, which is surprising because you usually associate the police as a decisive organisation. Do you see? Aarrgghhh!!!
You have to consider though that child porn was found on Studabakers computer. Maybe they're detaining him for extradition?
