I only went up to sighting 9, but if the rest are like that: yes.

It could be, but if you look at the creatures appearence the fact it is clearly not designed to live or move quickly underwater becomes apparent as the spines would significantly slow it down and to what purpose? It may be amphibious, but in my opinion there would be far more sightings if it was. That's my opinion anyway, have to go now, i'll see you all later on, but more likely tommorow.
