Just had the ol' toast and marmite again. Then a small pack of Branston Mini Chedders and fruit (2 satsumas, plum and apple). Someone's put chocolate biscuits in the tin next to my desk though, it's not a good idea :D

Maybe I should have made it clearer. Marmite on toast first, then Banana, seperately.
But it's an interesting combination I may try one day... :D
