Seems like I'm always on here whilst I'm having lunch, so I thought it would be good to have a thread dedicating to exactly what you're filling your collective faces with right now...

I'll get the ball rolling:-

Sweet Chili Chicken, with creme fraiche and lettuce on a seeded wholemeal plait.

Late lunch is it? They don't half work you guys hard at Freeola towers ...

Soup for me today, Tesco chilli meal soup nice and tasty.

Packet of quavers for later.

That sounds great ... think I'll get some Beef Broth Big Soup ... Ah Bisto ...

Just had Ainsley Harriott's Spicy Lentil soup for a change. Not too bad, though a bit watery for my liking...

Ah, I've tried everything ... the conclusion I've come up with is that the only thing that will ever really work is your own determination to stop. If you take a half hearted attitude about it, or if you ever assume you've beaten it, or that it's easy ... you'll fail.

Half a piece of Nicorette gum. I think I'm a victim of the ad campaign.

Cheese and crackers. I want a peri peri chicken sandwich but my father isn't back from the library yet :(

Sort of both...I buy a seafood selection thing from the supermarket (Morrisons) then put it in the roll myself...

Spinach is optional :-), but I really like it at the moment.

Is this purchased from a shop or is this a CM home grown delicacy?
