I have just eaten pitta bread with some healthy salad, id much rather be eating chocolate or a nice cream cake but unfortunatly that dont help with keeping fit, and i have just come back from the gym so i cant undo all that hard work can i?

I just finished some jam on toast. Really nice for a suppery snack, but I still prefer honey on toast to jam. We just don't have any at the moment.
