Well, there I was, driving home from a successful nights JiuJitsu, the tunes pumping out, window down, great weather, not a care in the world.

Then some little b*stard lobs an egg full force at my car, it flies through the window and hits me square in the eye. I was doing about 45mph at the time and nearly crashed the car. It was like being punched in the eye. The interior was caked in the stuff, as were my clothes and face.

I turned the car round, but the little gits were long gone.

I now have a black eye, a severely swollen face, and have just spent the best part of an hour scrubbing the interior of my car.

So, not a great end to the night. I had planned to wash my car anyway, but this is ridiculous.

*pushes rage way down into pit of stomach*

Id be all for laughing my ass off at something like this, usually id want to throw an egg at someone or something. Not at a car travelling at a fair speed though. Great danger. More like spinning a mate round on a round-a-bout then launching eggs at his face whilst spinning. Thats funny. Not when someone could be hurt/killed.

Tsk.

Hmm, conservation work sounds good. For the international travel bit.

Can't say I'm all that concerned about animals and stuff, not enough to want to pursue it.

I have been looking at teaching English in foreign countries though.
I've applied for one, but I think I've missed out, as I just found out they had a big graduate drive last month, probably filling all their positions.
There's another thing I found tonight, but their application deadline is the 15th, I'd need to get 2 letters of recommendation before then, posted from uni and past employer then mailed to them.
Plus it costs £70 non-refundable deposit with no guarantee of a place.

And other countries have toshers too.

Still, NZ is still on.

Yeah if it was anyone but superhuman Borat. I'd be concerned. But he knows what to expect from me ie complete rubbish and dangerous tangents.

cheers for the concern herc, but although it probably was serious, and dangerous, I was already seeing the funny side when I got home.

I wouldn't have put it past myself when I was a wee nippa.

Of course, if I see that little git again, he'll be sucking his meals through a straw ....

I remember Curious orange and some funny cartoon things.

I quite liked the sunday show because it had Dennis The Pennis on it.

you can help animals, if you're that way inclined, or save all wildlife, including trees.

without sounding too much like a hippy, I think it'd be cool to travel all over the world getting paid for conservation work.

if you get bored, you can always sod it all and go back to packing glue ;D
