English Bloke actually asked for pics of another man's body and offered to exhange for his.
*snigger*
Then go to a gym and get used to large,red-faced men making poo noises when they lift things.
Then you should pop to "Hommos R Us" and buy the smallest, shiniest briefs you can.
Then take a looooong look at yourself.
And post pics of your body to English Bloke (??)
Congrats, you are now eligible to join The Elton John Fanclub
Anyone else disturbed by this?
Anyhoo, Bloke is right, you really need a good balance between working out and resting. You'll bulk up quicker if your body has the time to heal up each time.
Looking at your routine I would say you do too much, but you are one of the people who thinks if you do nothing for one day that is bad,(I used to be one of them).
Trust me, you need days of complete rest, no working out at all to get a good body.
I would be happy for you to post a pic and compare it to my pic. I work out 3-4 times a week, I give myself rest periods and eat well.
> As for Mantis, get yourself an MP3 player which is small (like the Beatman) because you can go jogging with it.
I've already got a MiniDisc, which is great and I know what you mean, music really helps.
>Get some weights, work some muscles one day, others the next then back to the first ones again the day after, and so on.
Already got some, I have a bench with large weights in the garage which I use, and I also have dumbells in my room which I use every night along with doing sit ups etc. When I say every night i mean I have been doing it for the past month.
>Working the same muscles every day without time to rest won't do you much good.
I know what you mean, but I feel like I should be doing something or the "rest day" is a waste. I know its not but it feels like it.
I have a plan. Mondays is gentle, just a golf competiton in the morning. Its about 4 hours of walking though but anyway its something. Tuesdays I will use the weights, wednesdays I will return to Tae Kwon Do (which is very good for fitness), thurs- weights again. Fridays I may for a half an hour jog or so. What ever I do inbetween, such as football with mates, swimmin etc will be a bonus. I will also contnue to do the sit ups/press ups every night as it is my routine before bed. I sometimes go to the gym with my sister, so that'll do. Does that sound like a good plan? I wonder how long i'll keep it up- hope I don't burn myself out. :P
My aim is just really to keep in shape and fit. I don't do this in the summer to be in shape in 2 weeks, I'm not dumb, its more along the lines of getting in shape for after the summer when I return to school.
Thanks for all advice guys.
> Glad WWF isn't WWE then!
Wrong way round!
