I really feel wrecked after having just about 6 hours sleep last night. Throat is irritating so can't talk properly and head feels heavy. I wonder if anyone can has less then 8 hours sleep.
How much sleep do you people get?

I handle 6 hours sleep 2 days in a row. Then I need to get 8 hours sleep.

i save up my fatigue for the weekend, then I sleep in for most of it. I cannot force myself to go to bed at a reasonable hour, I've tried, but it ain't happening. it's ok though cos it gives me time to plot my world domination.

I hear of people who sleep at regular times, and I don't get it.

Sure, having a routine with a set time to be up every day would help, but I sleep when I'm tired. That's it.

Might just be a student thing.
