How much sleep do you people get?
10/11 weekends.
No matter how early, or how late I go to bed, it usually takes me a good hour-or-two to actually get comfortable, and go to sleep.
And even then I tend to wake up once-or-twice at 4 in the morning!
I always wake-up early though - I'm not really one for sleeping-in.
I just can't sleep-in - it's too hard for me -- I always wake-up wanting to do something! I can barely even lie-in 'till later on, either.
If I wake up at 6, and can't get back to sleep, I'll usually get up, then.
I don't think I ever get the full-8-hours sleep...
Maybe 7 - at the most - though.

Agreed, which is stupid because I go to bed about midnight. Even on weeknights I only get about 6 hours a night, which probably explains why I'm tired all the time...
I spleep for about 7 hours on a school night and about 10 hours on a weekend night.
Wasn't it rumoured that Margaret Thatcher only splept for 3 hours a night or something when she ran the country?

Think so, don't know an actual source for it but I know I've read it somewhere.
