I'm not going to describe the build-up to this post. That would be boasting - and anyway, I'm not sure quite how I feel just yet.

The question I wanted to ask:
Does it ever stop being special?
Does it ever become mundane and routine?
Does it, once you know what you're doing, become any less sublime?

I didn't say it should be overlooked, that would be impossible anyway, but sometimes I think if sex and the sex drive wasn't there I'd be a 'freer' person.
In some ways it's like the whole sex thing is a carousel that I can't get off, instead of the mind ruling the body, the body rules the mind. It can't be resisted, and I see it as reducing my free-will.

I dunno, maybe I want to be a celestrial being or something....

Who cares if it's a distraction!? it's a good one, its not like when your walking in a street and a man with one leg is smoking a pipe and you find yourself so ingrosed that you accidentally walk into a wall, its a distraction that is useful.

By useful i mean it relieves stress, allows one to express ones love for another and is downright pleasurable.

I'm not saying its the best thing in my life, but it certainly shouldn't be overlooked. Anyway, thats just my opinion.

If I could push a button to get rid of my libido I would. Just gets in the way.
I hate things that go round and round in circles, and the endlessly recurrent nature of the sex drive is a prime offender.
I often think of what I could achieve if I wasn't so distracted by it.
