Yes, this forum title includes the word "Books" too.
Are any of you in the middle of reading a book?
Just put what it's called, who it's by, and very briefly what it's about.

I'm nearly finished "Firewall" by Andy McNab.

Nick Stone, ex-SAS, is offered the lucrative freelance job of kidnapping a Russian mafia warlord, and delivering him to St. Petersburg. It seems that his problems are over. They are only just begininning.

How the Dead Live, a novel by Will Self. It's a bit good, but a bit pretentious too. And there were big words I had to look up in a dictionary. A big dictionary, because they weren't in the small one.

I just got a book delivered today, been waiting for it for around a week.

It's called:

Last Man Down - The Fireman's Story

It's the story of a Fireman involved with the 9/11 incident and how he led his men to safety and saved many many lives. It is also a tribute to all Firemen who lost their lives during the terrible event.

Oh, and I'm about half-way through Soul Of The Fire by Terry Goodkind. This series rules - some of my all-time favorite books now (The Sword of Truth series).
I'd advise everyone to read them. Now.

Just finished "Onwards and Upwards" by Arabella Weir (wrote some of The Fast Show.) It's a real chic-book but it was fun!

I am going to start Wuthering Heights tonight!

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
