Are any of you in the middle of reading a book?
Just put what it's called, who it's by, and very briefly what it's about.
I'm nearly finished "Firewall" by Andy McNab.
Nick Stone, ex-SAS, is offered the lucrative freelance job of kidnapping a Russian mafia warlord, and delivering him to St. Petersburg. It seems that his problems are over. They are only just begininning.
It's basically Trainspotting revisited, about a hundred pages in.
Insomnia has a very good and interesting connection to the Dark Tower series also by SK which most people have read and are waiting for the final 3 books coming out in the next 2 years.
My new book that i have been forced to read by my sister is Called Decifer (can't remember the author), I haven't started it yet, but i will after i'm finished on the internet.
Higher beings call on the aid of "Short Timers" (us) to save one very important life that will stop an upcoming armogeddon that will allow the Crimson king to rule the universe.

Same. Too long and drawn-out and confusing. I just read The Lost World by Michael Crichton, again, for like the eighteenth time. Why couldn't they have just copied that for the film, and made it good?
Finished Firewall.
Dunno what next though.
Oh, and you've probably noticed that this isn't a pop.
*Honest*
This is his fourth book in a series about a private investigator who has dealings with the supernatural. But don't let that put you off as he doesn't go over the top. Mr Connolly is my favourite author of the moment. His three previous books Every Dead Thing, Dark Hollow and The Killing Kind were all excellent.
Must finish this quick as I really, really, really need to start reading Information Systems DeveloZZZzzzzzzzzz
