No snow where I am, but it's horribly cold and there is a spattering of ice. Wish it would warm up!

This is crazy can't believe anyone would pay that much. Sweet Thai Chilli is horrible, if it had been Cheese & Onion I might possibly have been interested.

Morning.

Still have the annoying stomach ache. Hopefully goes soon.

Apparently snowing in Taunton now. Just rain here in Exeter though.

Anyone else got snow?

If a staff member has any time, I've highlighted all the reviews since 23rd August which shouldn't be in the review forum (ie. Plagiarised content, one-two-three liners, posted links etc.). Just thought I'd try and tidy it up a bit. If I have any more free time, I will gradually begin to sift through all the reviews in the forum and try and keep it a neat archive full of useful stuff.

Done.

Morning all,

Hope you feel better soon pb!

Have a day of sorting today - arranging to get some rigid contact lenses sorted (my eyes are weird shapes so that is pretty much my only option if I wish to ditch the specs). Also chasing up student finance as I think I was entitled to a maintenance grant - unfortunately they seem to have lost one of my parent's documents and since then heard nothing about it. Then it is a case of paying a deposit on my house for next year - lovely building a little further away from the heart of student central. Just liking the fact it is insulated with double glazing as at the moment, waking up and seeing your breath is beginning to get annoying!

Urgh! Stomach is all over the place. Don't know if it's something I've eaten or just stress.

Now where did I put the Andrews...

Thanks :) Yeah, I do work my socks off - wish I could actually enjoy the student life a bit more without the worries of money and actually being a student that is up until the early hours writing up lecture notes, researching and generally practising my future trade in any moment of spare time. I've missed coming here and it's mainly down to me not having the time :( But it'll pay off in the future I'm sure!

Oh dear! Redundancy is horrible - must be the season for it. It's a tough climate out there, but keep looking and I'm sure both yourself and daughter-in-law will find something eventually... especially with that talent! They are amazing pictures, very talented!

I'm sure you are very excited! The family cot looks fit for a baby king/queen. I'm sure you'll keep us posted with breaking news :)

In other news (sorry for those who already know this through facebook)...but finally have a girlfriend. 3 months in and going particularly well (mainly for Machie's benefit - all those times years ago we discussed such matters ;))

Sooo...any gossip?

Hi HM(Jason) .... real good news about the course, the 'first' ... I like:¬). The postgraduate tuition will also be really useful on your cv :¬)

Redundancy has only just sunk in ... no job, no money, no life! To make matters worse, (with child) daughter-in-law was made redundant a few weeks ago!

Freeola Forumites helped greatly and now she receives JobSeekers Allowance until August! The baby is due early April. However, she does have another talent which I posted earlier, to good reviews I may add ...

Leanne Ward Photography

...give me a shout and we can 'do you a good deal' :¬)

On the 'grandfather' side ... looking forward to it ... I'm already booked as the 'hospital run driver'! Yesterday went to construct the 'family' cot .... 25 years since it's last construction ... here it is:

Cot

Cot1

Sorry to hear about your step dad, but the only advice I can give is for him to look now for something else while he's still in employment, guess he's doing that anyway:¬) He's been given the 'nod', we weren't ... it happened so quick.

What a life eh :¬)
