I'm still waiting for DL to tell me how he got into computers.
Sorry Machie, but I wasn't aware that you had even asked me.
They then went on to continue research in to their RISC based ARM processors, which we now see in various smartphones, not least the technology behind Apple's devices.
Anyway, yes, I'm a mod for a gaming forum and I'm also on a few other forums including SFX, which I haven't visited for a while. But, yes, they do have an obsession with Colin Baker (but then he's a thoroughly nice chap and interesting to talk to).
I'm still waiting for DL to tell me how he got into computers. My first computer was the BBC Micro. What ever happened to Acorn computers?
I was busy playing last night to get enough of an impression in order to write a review today after the embargo lifts (for TheJoypads.co.uk).
Not that I can do much about dodgy users, mod powers aren't really the same as the mod powers on every other forum, they just stretch to editing posts and that's pretty much it.
And I've been watching all evening for some response ;¬)
Where is everyone today? No forumites or staff around?
:¬(
I emailed both Tony and Eccles using Freeola addresses about a very dodgy 'new user' on Sunday.
No reply, so thought they might be on their hols - so sent another one to abuse@ yesterday.
The dodgy user's profile is still unchanged - but at least it's moved off the 'Who's Online' link so hopefully people won't bump into it...
I've just seen a few staffies are 'online' including Eccles?
If any staffies would like the details please let me know.

Sorry pb, got a little busy today.[/i]
“People should try to avoid going out,”
So you should have been inside on the internet! (hopefully Japan doesn't have all overground cables and they're actually placed under the ground where they're safer).
Seriously, though, hope everything is ok.
Just experiencing the first April shower ... we'll that's me 'off' the gardening rota for today :¬D
Making carrot and onion gravy for tea at the moment.
