Used to work for them...

I am a competition level figure painter, sculptor, scenery builder, and I just recently sold all my GW stuff on...

Took me back there chasfh. My kids were so into Warhammer. We used to visit GW Headquarters in Lenton, Nottingham most weekends, if only to see the huge Space Marine figure outside. Strange, but we've only just got rid of all our original unopened box sets from years ago - the paints were rock-solid though :¬)

Many a manager's meeting passed in Bugman's Bar...
Some of them I even remember!:-)

Wow I totally thought I was the only Games Workshop nut on Freeola. I'm surprised! A sculptor as well.

Made me think back a bit actually...

Got my first computer in exchange for sculpting an Orc Warboss for a friend of mine...

Spent a week messing around with epoxy clays and bits of copper wire, sculpted a 30mm Orc figure with interchangeable weapons and got a computer, complete with monitor, keyboard and a 16Mb graphics card in exchange!
