Things were flying off the shelves
From the interweb:
Paul Gascoigne has arrived at Tottenham Court Road with chicken, lager and a fishing rod.
EDIT: BREAKING NEWS
Apparently the police have put in 300m corden at Tottenham Court Road.
[s]Hmmm...[/s] Day has flown by again so far.
Too much to do and not enough hours to do it in.
It's okay, I wore a tuxedo to the cornershop earlier
Currently at the dentist. Half day today just so I can get the kids to school and come here (30 min journey).
Also expecting a parcel, bet it comes while we're out.
One or two 'iffy' posts this morning, I notice.
Went into town today and nipped into one of it's pound shops. There was a very prominent sign on the wall warning customers about hassling staff by asking them how much items in the store cost? When I asked the cashier what the hell that was all about she replied that they are getting groups of comedy geniuses in on a regular basis and they seem to think that it is hysterical to pick every item in the shop up and ask how much it is and the staff are getting totally fed up with it, could only happen in Wrexham.
Not ONLY in Wrexham, it appears...
I'm still trying to work out why our local Pound shop never has any change....
