It's next weekend. Just as well because we're having our daughter's First Communion this weekend and next week I'll be busy running the children's tent at the Exmouth Festival.

Actually hot drinks are supposed to be good for cooling the body down.
Anyway, one coffee in the morning keeps me going and it's a machine that actually uses beans and grinds them.
I've now had 4 and a half hours sleep, so I'm in need of caffine. Just taking my first sip, along with my curiously strawberry cereal.

With the weather how it is at the moment, water sounds like the right idea...
I could do with a good cup of coffee. I've been drinking only water for the last 2 and a half weeks and would like some variety.
