We had a really heavy shower here last night for about an hour, nothing before or since.

Not as hot today, but still fairly humid.

Off on stag do this weekend, the stag wants to do something called 'coasteering' along the west coast of Wales. Me and my dodgy knees are looking forward to that one...

Once I am back, I have 4 weeks until a summer trip to Bulgaria again (think I have mentioned this before) then another month until proper football is back on again!

We had a mail go around work about a group getting together for coasteering around the Devon coast. It's the new big thing, apparently.

Guys, stop making Jehovah sad.

We're getting 22/23c here with the odd shower and lots of sun. The garden seems to like it. No hosepipe bans here. We're an island so we're surrounded by plenty of water.

Morning...again.

Will it rain today? It didn't rain yesterday in the end, but I feel it's only a matter if time. As long as it's ok tomorrow for the school Jubilee celebrations.

Today I have a load of stuff that's supposed to be finished by the end of the month (ie today) and would normally take 2-3 days. I'm not looking forward to this.

Morning.

Well, finally looks like it might rain today. Feeling considerably cooler this morning too. Let's just hope it stops again before Friday when the school has its Jubilee fair day.

I've been roped in to spend the day at the school on Friday, then I'll be running that Exmouth Festival children's tent on Saturday, so should keep me fairly busy.

Still wondering whether to do anything for my 40th.

Summer is an unknown at the moment for me. Hopefully the girls will get to Spain, but not sure if I can afford to go as well yet.

Summer! Anyone doing anything over the summer period? Holidays? Trips?

Moving house, got a couple of olympic tickets, would like to take a trip somewhere into Europe but can't find anything affordable.

Summer? Holidays? Trips?

Most of us work during the 'summer' except for that strange 'two week' period ;¬)

Infact yes, shopping at Cite Europe ... one day ... drive, Chunnel, shop, Chunnel, drive ... go to sleep (long day - summer or what?) :¬)
