Anyone planning to watch the Dispatches programme about Poundland on CH4 tonight? I know someone who used to work for them and they haven't got one positive thing to say about their time there, could be interesting?

As one of your statuses said a while back, without the licensing PES will always lose out to FIFA. I just want to play FIFA online without having to buy brand new or the online games pass that costs way too much for what it offers.

Plus, its one of those games the lads can come around and play. Our house is less female orientated this year, but would be good to have a few tournaments with a few beers on a universally accepted game.

Thanks for the heads up though...as I haven't played the more recent versions, if it plays terribly for me, at least it will mess with my pro mates ;)

As a long time FIFA player, I'd suggest looking at PES first. I'm going to get both this year as PES is really, really good. FIFA plays awfully this year :S

Will spur me on to write a few more things like walkthroughs and the like in my free time.

I'll have a think about what to choose. Quite tempted by FIFA 2013, but not sure when it's out :s

Yeah,,,which summer. I should say the summer recess period, or more precisely the June to September recess to remove any hint that we will have bright and sunny weather ;)

Afternoon is showing the run of bad luck in 2012 is not quite over yet. Dog acting funny today and a trip to the vet is in order. Seems like he may have fly strike, which if he does is not only gross, but more than likely deadly. I can't focus on my summer project at the moment!
