I can only assume that other Firefox users have received an email from Mozilla today ...
"This Tuesday, Mozilla joined with a coalition of organizations from across the political and technical spectrum to send a message to the US government: Stop watching us.
We believe that technology's most important use is for good. But if what we've heard about PRISM is true, then what has been happening is the opposite of that. And the more I hear about the massive spying program that has allegedly been collecting information on the way millions of people use the Web, the more I worry. I worry specifically about government agencies forcing private companies to hand over people's data in secret — even if there is no suspicion that those people have done anything wrong......."
This is only an initial section of the email but the idea is clear!

One of my friends has went, the line-up looks pretty awesome to be honest, but I'd rather just spend one night in a mosh-pit watching one band I love (only bands I haven't seen that I'd want to see in the line-up are Papa Roach and Korn) than 3 days in a tent watching average bands, never mind the cost of the tickets and equipment required to go.
Although I'm going to Glasgow in a few weeks to see The Smashing Pumpkins which I'm stoked for.

You not going to the Downpour Festival this weekend then DL? I went a few years ago, didn't like it TBH. Bands were good but it wasn't really my thing. Went over to Dublin one of the years they did the twinned festival thing and that was much better......they had Guinness.......and Metallica!
