There was a lovely tv show called Exploitica which was all the 'exciting' bits of old B-Movies (some of which were so old they were developed with colour filters, so it would be shades of yellow, blue, purple etc depending on if it was 'the evil lair' or 'the desert' etc.) - and they used to have pop-up text commentry for all the clips (which sometimes they'd run from week to week, showing a whole film over the episodes)
It was such a great show, I wish I could see it again or get others to see it.
