Did she try to send the same attachments? That way you can check it's not the attachments causing the issue. Also, check the file size, though I doubt a simple invoice would cause issues. Also, do they sign in under different accounts on the same PC?
Thanks pb...
I'll advise tomorrow but as far as I know she sent the same invoice for her dad. Invoices are small, file size-wise, I doubt that's the problem as well. I'll check 'account sign-in' as well.

Soz about this but didn't really want to start a new thread about a non-Freeola problem.
A friend at work has two email accounts, one with gmail and the other with hotmail ... both web based.
Apparently, within the last few days, he can add attachments to an email in either client and seemingly 'send' the email, but they aren't received by the recipient and there isn't any 'not sent message' etc etc.
His daughter, using her gmail account and using the same pc, can send attachments which have been received! My friend's attachments are only invoices for his hours worked as he works as a sub-contractor.
Has anyone any idea what could be causing this problem? His anti-virus could be one reason, but wouldn't explain why his daughter was successful on the same machine!
Thanks ... in anticipation ... ( I'd love to know the reason)

been rather wet here today. The less bright of my cats came in after a few hours looking like she had been for a swim. There is a little shelter in the garden but clearly she hasn't worked that out yet.
Pretty busy morning. Did rain a bit while I was at lunch, but not a huge amount. Got a second hand Echo to go with my Echo Dot, gradually making the house sentient!
Absolutely chucking it down here and supposed to be like this all day and for most of the week. Good job I got some jobs out of the way in the garden over the weekend.

Morning all how is everyone today?
Yet another terrorist attack, this time at London Bridge and Borough Market. I'm sick and tired waiting for these attacks to happen and then politicians rolling out the usual "our thoughts are with the victims and their families" speech. Do more to prevent these attacks!
Reports say that around 1,000 people have been to Syria to train with ISIS and have been let back into the country to plan an attack and spread their warped views.
When asked why they were allowed back in politicians say that if we let them back in then we can keep an eye on them! Keeping an eye on them doesn't stop them from going out and committing an atrocity! As soon as they try and get back in the country send them packing back to their warped mates in Syria!
If the opinion polls are to be believed then Corbyn is only 3 points behind May for the General Election, down from 20+ when the election was called. After last night don't be surprised if we have a new Labour government come Friday.
It's fine monitoring people who come back from Syria if you know they've been. The last two attackers didn't have it on record, were British and were even known to police. One had never been, technically. The whole training thing can happen just as easily over the internet. What needs to happen is not selling arms to people associated with ISIS or funding organisations that have dealings with them and not fueling the fire of hate that they rely on to help radicalise people.

'The' General Election looms ;¬)
A couple of 'questions' for you ...
1. In this upcoming General Election, do you vote Nationally or Locally?
2. If you don't ... then what do you do?
Turn up and 'spoil' your vote or vote for the 'Ferret Lovers and Wormers Society UK' ... just so your vote isn't 'wasted' or isn't 'heard'!
TBH ... it's a total nightmare these days ... so which Government Party have you felt have favoured your day-to-day living the most?
I vote nationally and to be honest I don't know who I'm going to vote for at the minute, but I will definitely vote. I can't stand people who say "they're all as bad as each other so I'm not voting". We live in a democracy, we all have a say, so have your say!
From an economics point of view I'm behind the Tories, from a socialist point of view I'm behind Labour. What worries me about Corbyn and co is their apparent soft stance on terrorism, with Diane Abbot recently saying that she wants to wipe the DNA database of suspected terrorists. I wonder what her stance is now after the events of last night?
As for the Tories their benefits cuts have gone too far. Don't get me wrong, if you're clearly a work-shy shirker who wants to live off benefits then you should get nothing, but people who genuinely need benefits to survive day-to-day life are being hit hard by the Tories which is not fair.
As for the Lib Dem's, I find them a wishy-washy party who try to please everyone and end up pleasing none in some way or another.
