The Fencing Game
Larchlap and Feather-edged
The Unfenceables.
ScarFence
The Fencefather
I can't see the mafia getting involved, but who knows? We could have another Untouchables, going around breaking the fencing fencing racket.
Probably wouldn't make for as interesting a film, though...
"Falling Down"?
"The Fence Connection"?
"Gatefellas"?

Freeola's out of hours unlimited broadband has no fair usage policy either, as long as you're using it during those hours. Outside of that there's a fairly hefty data limit, anyway, so most people are unlikely to pass this, even with streaming.
That said games are getting scarily big on consoles now, 20GB downloads are getting to be a realistic thing with the current gen consoles. Even PC games are growing fatter.
...but if it's that concerning then they wouldn't be offering unlimited usage packages.
These 'unlimited packages' are never unlimited but are always subject to a fair use policy by the ISP concerned.
The ever-present scream of "Make it cheaper" and the constant battle to do so between the various ISP's was doomed to disaster from the start.
I can remember having to pay a premium for "unlimited" access (which, generally, included a "fair usage" restriction). Then one ISP offers it for free...
...then another...
...then most of them...
So. Everything goes back a few steps. ISP's realise they have to charge for something.
Just like baked beans being removed as a loss leader.
Supermarket mentality.
