With rain, sleet, hail storms, snow and a bitterly cold wind over the last few days, it's hard to believe that we're due ... "the hottest summer ever"!

Smoothie time. It's part of our work breakfast we get on a Thursday and it's actually pretty good. Mind you, it's probably the only healthy thing on that breakfast table these days. They started out with the idea of making it a healthy breakfast, now it contains some sort of quiche, Chelsea buns, chocolate things, cheese and organic breads with jam.
