Morning.

Foot is worse again, I should have rested it more yesterday but felt guilty for being sat down all the time.

Today I can't do any school drops or pickups or get milk and bread, I'm just going to have to sit down.

Just finished decorating in the kitchen ... in response to Mrs DL's "When are WE going to decorate the kitchen?" Seeing as she's nowhere to be seen, the 'tough get going'! (or maybe, the 'hired help gets the job' ;¬)

Had a downpour this morning and a clap of thunder has just finished, but it's still very humid but no more rain as yet.

@pb ... have you had a shot at altaranga's puzzle game yet? It's very entertaining.

Yeah, but then I wanted to have some fun and invented new ways to wind them up.

They're more subtle than that. They just gain access and install Trojans to get your information over time and then ask you to pay a 'warranty extension' to fix information they've deliberately removed.

Besides, pb and pete ... we don't have PC's do we, we have Macs! Have you tried telling them that yet ... works a treat!

I checked my PC when they called and it turned out that some of the passwords and credit card details stored on there were not correct. Anyway, not a problem as I gave the very helpful Indian guy the correct ones and he said he was going to update everything their end.[/i]

We get too many of those calls to. It has got to the stage that we don't answer the phone now.

Hi dav2612 ... we do that aswell, but unfortunately genuine calls do come in and do need to be answered. It's trying to filter the good from the bad that is the problem. We did have caller display but that seemed to be a 'hit and miss' affair and then benevolent BT decided it was going to charge for the 'service', so that soon became a non-essential expense. Talk to BT and they try to sell you something and don't provide any hope of a solution. Most of our relatives that call will call the landline and do know that if we pick-up there may be silence and that they will have to speak first!

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Many thanks!!
Registered my website with Freeola Sites on Tuesday. Now have full and comprehensive Google coverage for my site. Great stuff!!
