Afternoon.

Youngest made everyone 30 minutes late for school today. Not great.

Well, had to be done so there's no getting out of it. The car is 8 years old and there's more flagged up that could be done, but can wait.

Not a good price for a service and MOT pb, suspect 'things' aren't as they should be! I agree ... it's not good!

Granddaughter for day 2 ... love her to bits, but it's so tiring on your own from 7.30am until 5.00pm! Mrs DL is back in Sheffield with her mum and awaiting the 'vicar' as I post ;¬) So, another early night to be ready for Day 3! I'm missing my bed already :¬D

Had a fairly busy weekend so wasn't really able to get on here.

Hope you had a good anniversary DL.

Still at home today, but I've got to take the car fro MOT tomorrow (also the day the Tax runs out, so cutting it fine) and I'll get dropped at work to finally get back into the office for the first time in many weeks.

Managed to trim the dog yesterday so she's got pretty short hair again today, but seems to have had an effect as she's been barking at the door all morning. I think it's made her a bit on edge having all her long hair cut.

Seems to be liitle point in asking how's everyone's day been as it's nearly finished! Let's try for tomorrow's plans then ...

me, I've got my granddaughter for an 'extra' day to cover for father-in-law's funeral week Wednesday! 'Suppose I should be happy as it was planned for my birthday, week Tuesday.

Don't get me wrong, I love her to bits but sometimes I feel used ... which isn't her fault at all.

I can't believe that we had a 'zero' chat count nearly all day until hannard posted!
