...oh and Dav, get writing in the 5 Words at a Time thread please! Otherwise it's like a game of tennis between DL and myself!
I had never seen that thread before. I have now added a most valuable contribution.
I've seen Frozen about 5 times now with the kids and I love it. One of the best Disney films yet and nice to see a film where it's not all about the princess falling in love with a man (last three Disney films had good female role models; Tangled, Brave and this), they in fact point out how bad that can be!
9/10 for me as the ending feels slightly rushed but otherwise a brilliant movie with a great soundtrack (which we've had on in the car for ages). Also has loads of in jokes and references, like Rapunzel being at the party if you look really carefully.
Today kids are at home since they broke up from school yesterday. Lots of banging and crashing going on downstairs, which is odd because I thought they were doing Loom Bands.
I reach 40 years on this planet tomorrow and apparently my birthday cake is out of date. My daughter has already announced she is not having any so all the more cake for me... makes me wonder just how out of date it is though.
@DL... you can guarantee the DVLA will act quicker if your father has a driving incident. It is how things work, deal with the outcome rather than the prevention.
@ DL again... a fine review, I'll give it a miss.
I informed the DVLA 2 weeks ago regarding my father's Dementia ... a notifiable condition which attracts a £1000 fine unless it's 'notified'!
This man should not drive, yet two weeks later the DVLA have still made no response!
On telephone enquiry this afternoon, a minimum of 8 weeks following receipt of the notification should be expected before notification is issued!
So ... just a head's up ... if you're hit by my father, you have been warned!
Really think this is scandlous!

I look forward to your review of Frozen.[/i]
Not really worth a second viewing...occaisional funny sections, mainly from Olaf the Snowman and the 'nod and wink' from Sven, the reindeer. Millie loves "Let it Go" ... but 5/10
That do you dave?

I look forward to your review of Frozen.
Morning.
Kids are at school, wife is out walking the dog. It's a very quiet house.
Glad you had a quiet day pb ... guess that'll change come the week-end and then 'half-term'. Around here the schools are back next week, so quiet streets for us and a 'quiet house' for us as my son returns to work.
Not been so quiet at home today though ... still trying to sort 'things' and have a related visitor tomorrow, but granddaughter has watched 'Frozen' 6 times throughout the day and that includes her hour and a half sleep! Sick of seeing that film now ... it seemed ok at 7.30 am. However, she loves it and also sings along which is so funny ... love her to bits :¬)
